Tenant Care
One of the most important factors in successful service delivery is engaging tenants and ensuring that their expectations are satisfied. Swan has experience of tackling this at the planning stage, with open discussion and consultation at tenant meetings. Furthermore at later stages, offering choice in terms of colours, style, and even decorative glass can be highly effective in exceeding expectations.
Moreover tenant care must always be an integral part of the process. Once installation has been started, simple measures such as carrying identification, politeness, minimising disruption to tenants lives, and showing up on time are impressed upon Swan’s installation teams. Explaining to tenants the proper operation of new installations is vital to a sense of after-care, leaving a good impression. Tenant satisfaction with service is as important to us as satisfaction with our products.

South Kesteven District Council
We started our relationship with Swan over 5 years ago, when they were selected as preferred supplier for our Composite Door installations contract. This has been a very successful project for us and we had no problems with Swan throughout. Our relationship with Swan during this period was excellent and everything we asked for we got. Although this contract has now finished, Swan have continued to be responsive if any issues with the doors have arisen. I would certainly consider using Swan’s products and services again in the future
