Sustainability
Responsible Sourcing
Responsible sourcing of materials (RSM) provides a holistic approach to managing a product from the point at which a material is mined or harvested in its raw state through manufacture and processing, through use, re-use and recycling, until its final disposal as waste with no further value.
Recycling
At Swan Group we aim to provide the best possible environmental and social solution to at least part of the waste problem we face in this industry.
Re-using
We recycle as much as we possibly can, and aim to re-use and incorporate recycled materials into our products as extensively as we can without compromising product quality.
Energy Efficiency

Lowering Energy Loss
Through the use of special glass technologies, thermal sill inserts, and other innovations, Swan contributes to the energy efficiency of every building we work on.
Pushing The Boundaries
The investment that Swan has put in to energy efficiency has been a commitment to a project with a long gestation period. As a result of this strategy Swan consistently finds itself ahead of the game on standards required in it’s key markets. The October 2010 standard changes is a good example. Swan was ready for these a full two years ahead of schedule.
