Swan Group is one of the United Kingdom’s leading PVC-U window and composite door contractors. We also manufacture roof-line, and fire doors. For over 40 years, Swan has established itself as a company that delivers it’s promises to the client in the public or commercial sector markets. Week in week out we find tailor-made solutions for our customers. We address your needs appropriately and take care of all the necessaries until the job is done. At Swan’s core is an understanding of the importance of close partnership in contracting. Employing over 50 staff we are at once one of the largest and leanest fabricators in the midlands.

The experience within the organisation enables Swan to operate as either a main or principal contractor on window and door replacement projects across the United Kingdom. We have worked on a wide variety of projects including office blocks, schools, high rise, to sheltered accommodation in housing. All products are available to both the new build and refurbishment sectors.
Our strategy is one of continuous performance measurement. In this market, the last word in quality control and rigorous accreditation are never enough. As a result of our £1.25million investment in production processes we have found ourselves a year or two ahead of the priorities of most companies in the market.
Our corporate culture is one of continuous improvement. We train our staff to a high standard. In particular our commitment investing in NVQs across the board has been a success. We have found this to pay off in the professionalism and precision of our staff.
Our approach to the environment has always been ahead of it’s time. We were one of the first companies to pioneer uPVC recycling, and recycled 50% of our waste in 2005 – when most competitors recycled none. We are fully accredited with ISO14001 and have offered C-rated windows as standard three years before it became mandatory in October 2010.
